Lenae Sieverding

My working career in healthcare started at the age of 18 as a direct care support professional.  It became obvious immediately -- I loved working with patients with medical needs.  I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Education from the University of Dubuque and sought to receive a Bachelor of Social Work Licensure.  I worked many years at “Imagine the Possibilities” developing and implementing therapeutic healthcare services as Chief Operations Officer and achieved a Master of Business Administration Degree.  Over the past few years my career focus was on public healthcare relations for insurance companies within Iowa's Medicaid Programs.  I am eager to dedicate my skills & abilities as the Administrator for the Mill Valley Care Center & the Sunrise Villa Assisted Living facility.  My enthusiasm for long term care has led to a career devoted to patient care and taking pride in my compassion for healthcare services.  Outside of work, I love the outdoors!  In my free time I enjoy camping, kayaking, and swimming with family and friends.
