Hi!  My name is Minnie Ozpirincci, and I am the Interim Director of Nursing at MVCC.  A little about myself:  I grew up on a farm outside of Cuba City, WI.  I still spend quite a bit of time there; it will always be home.  I have three daughters who keep me busy, Evelyn, Lillian, and Nina.  And we have a dachshund named Kevin.  When I have free time, I like to read (but it’s admittedly been a while since I have picked up and finished a book that had more than 30 pages and no pictures!)

I have worked in healthcare for 22 years, and have been a nurse for 13 years.  My career began at Medical Associates Clinic, where I worked for 17 years.  I also have 12 years of experience working in the nursing home setting, 2 years as Director of Nursing.  I have always found ways to enjoy any work I do, but I will admit I feel drawn to work with our elderly population.  This work is rewarding in itself, but also humbling, and takes dedication and heart.  I am honored and blessed to be here at Mill Valley Care Center, where I have found warm, caring, dedicated staff, and residents who are unique, enjoyable, and if I may be so bold – family.
