Clifton A. Barnhart

Clifton was born in Muscatine, Iowa to the adopted parents of Weldon & Gloria Barnhart.  Clifton was the oldest of two adopted children.  Clifton’s sister’s name was Michelle (deceased).  Clifton grew up in Muscatine and graduated from Muscatine High School.  He went on to do trucking for many years.  He eventually traveled north with his niece, Andrea Arlen to Bellevue, Iowa, and settled into the Sunrise Villa Assisted Living, and then moved over to the Mill Valley Care Center.
