Wilma Keil Clausen
(Centenarian)
Wilma was born to Elisa and Ardo Keil on the family farm located south of Bellevue. Wilma is the eldest of five children; Wilma, Shirley, Harold, Stanley, and Roger. Wilma went to two years at Andrew High School, and graduated from Bellevue High School.
She married Luvere Clausen on Easter Sunday. Together they had three children; Russell, Shirlaine, and Kay. They farmed outside of Bellevue for many years. Meanwhile, she became a teacher, and went back to school as a substitute teacher for the rural schools and elementary school system in the Bellevue area. Later, she retired, and Luvere passed away.
She has 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandson, which keeps her busy. She enjoys and loves her family and life.
