Administrator's Desk

I am excited to get to know all the residents, families and staff as I embark on my journey.  Thank you for offering me the opportunity to work at Mill Valley and Sunrise Villa as Administrator.  I sincerely appreciate the time the residents, tenants, families, and staff have taken to introduce themselves and the many conversations of getting to know everyone.  I am happy to accept the position and look forward to supporting the needs of the residents we serve and providing staff a positive and safe working environment.  My values of hard work and compassion are what I will strive to continue with providing future growth of services for our community.  We appreciate all the community volunteers which are so vital to the services we provide.  Every month has been filled with fun activities for residents and staff and seeing families and community members visiting with interactions of socialization, playing games, and sitting outdoors to enjoy the sunshine.  Please visit our Mill Valley Care Center & Sunrise Villa Assisted Living Facebook page to see many of the smiling faces and all the activities that are planned.  I am happy to be surrounded by a caring and creative team and excited to be part of the Mill Valley and Sunrise Villa family.  Feel free to reach out to contact me at the office at 563-872-5521 or my email address which is lsieverding@millvalleycarecenter.com
