Well, Mother Nature rushed us into Winter and here we are already to December.  On behalf of the Dietary team, I would like to wish everyone a Happy Holidays.  The new menus are in full swing, I hope that everyone has been enjoying the various culinary delights.  With it being my first go-round on menus, I am keeping track of the feedback.  I truly want the best food possible, and I will do whatever I can to make sure your bellies stay full.

Remember, Tuesday December 10 is the Holiday Meal.  You can invite up to 2 guests to bring to dinner.  Please RSVP at least 48 hours prior to the event.  The menu will include:

Roasted Chuck Eye Rib of Beef

Onion Jus

Twice Baked Potato

Lemon Garlic Asparagus

Homemade Sweet Potato Challah Bread



Eggnog Crème Brulee


Other activities this month include Happy Hour on Friday, December 6 at 2 pm, which seems to be turning into a crowd favorite.  We will be having breakfast in the Villa on December 17, and don’t forget that you can bring a guest.  We will also be having Christmas and New Year’s Eve Parties on the 24th and 31st.  I look forward to seeing everyone out and about, stay safe and warm this Holiday Season!!
