Mill Valley has helped put the quality back into Mom's life. Her days had been filled with making meals, cleaning the house, and doing laundry, among other tasks. At Mill Valley, Mom is free to choose from a variety of activities such as painting class, Bingo, and exercise class. Our family used to be concerned that Mom might forget to take her medications or slip in the shower. The nursing staff dispenses medications at the proper times. Choosing a local care center has meant that people visiting their loved ones often stop in to visit Mom for a while.  Physical therapy is available on-site at Mill Valley if residents need further care.
